In addition to producing authentic, original video content streamed to our website Hispaniclifestyle.com, we will continue with our in-person and online events starting with our very successful Connecting Latinas of Influence Series. The in-person event component will take place in eight locations throughout the United States. Locations under consideration, but not confirmed are; Las Vegas, Miami, Washington D.C., New York/New Jersey, Dallas, San Diego, Atlanta, Pennsylvania, Orlando, Charlotte, California and Minneapolis.

DIGITAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Hispanic Lifestyle Inc. Online Advertising Terms and Conditions
1. Introduction:
a. These terms and conditions (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between Hispanic Lifestyle Inc., hereinafter referred to as “the Company,” and the client engaging in digital advertising services, hereinafter referred to as “the Client.”
2. Scope of Services:
a. The Company agrees to provide digital advertising services as outlined in the agreed-upon proposal or contract.
b. Any modifications or additional services must be agreed upon in writing by both parties.
3. Ad Placement and Content:
a. The Company reserves the right to determine the placement of advertisements within digital channels.
b. Ad content must comply with the Company’s content guidelines. The Company reserves the right to reject or remove any ad that violates these guidelines.
4. Payment Terms:
a. Payment for digital advertising services are due at the time of advertising placement unless other agreed-upon payment terms are made in advance.
b. Failure to make timely payments may result in the suspension or termination of advertising services.
5. Cancellation and Refund Policy:
a. The Client may cancel services by providing written notice as per the agreed-upon cancellation terms.
b. Refunds, if applicable, will be determined based on the agreed-upon refund policy.
6. Ad Performance and Reporting:
a. The Company will provide periodic reports on ad performance during and after the campaign.
b. While the Company will make reasonable efforts to optimize ad performance, specific results are not guaranteed.
7. Intellectual Property:
a. The Client warrants that they have the right to use any intellectual property, including logos and trademarks, included in their ads.
b. The Company retains the right to use campaign data for reporting and analysis purposes, ensuring individual client confidentiality.
8. Termination of Services:
a. The Company reserves the right to terminate advertising services immediately if the Client breaches these Terms or engages in any activity that may harm the Company’s reputation or violate applicable laws.
9. Confidentiality:
a. Both parties agree to keep confidential any non-public information obtained during the term of this agreement.
10. Indemnification:
a. The Client agrees to indemnify and hold the Company harmless from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising out of the content of their advertisements.
11. Governing Law:
a. These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of California.
By engaging in our digital advertising services, the Client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agree to abide by these Terms.

Our platform, HispanicLifestyle.com has annual online audience of over 3 million visitors according to weblizer reports. The in-person Latinas of Influence series is projected to attract 100-200 attendees per event. Registration for Hispanic Lifestyle “Online Presentations” averages over 1,500 people. Across the board, women between the ages of 24 -54 represent approximately 80% of our viewing audience consisting of community leaders, business owners and professionals.
Terms and Conditions
Commitment for sponsorship is 90 days prior to event. Payment for event must be received in full 30 days prior to event date. Other arrangements must be made in advance. Discount is available for multi-event, multi-year commitments paid in advance.
Client’s logos and digital artwork must be received 45 days prior to the event. Client video messages to be showcased at the in-person event must be received 15 days prior to the event.
