Dr. Luisa Montoya | 2024 Latina of Influence

Hispanic Lifestyle is pleased to honor Chief Executive Officer for Diversity Matters, Dr. Luisa Montoya. as a Latina of Influence. Dr. Montoya  will be recognized for her leadership in our community during Hispanic Lifestyle’s Connecting Latinas of Influence | Florida, to be held on October 23, 2024.

Luisa Montoya is the Chief Executive Officer for Diversity Matters and former SVP Head of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Engagement for Santander US. Her keen knowledge of the banking industry allowed her to develop strong and productive partnerships with the community, positively impacting those communities and the company’s brand awareness.

Montoya is an English/ Spanish bilingual banking executive from Colombia with years of experience in the financial industry. She holds a master’s degree in Clinical Psychology, which she applies through her work on community outreach and engagement programs. Montoya has a passion for working with minority groups and creating educational programs to serve these communities. She has earned her doctoral degree in organizational management with an emphasis on International Business to continue working with minority groups and deepen her understanding of other cultures.
