With over 15 years of experience in financial services and 25 years in health care and real estate, Dina’s journey as a Senior Marketing Director and co-owner of PHP Agency Inc. underscores her profound impact on individuals, businesses, and communities alike.
Motivated by a deep-rooted passion for catalyzing positive change, Dina operates multiple financial service agencies across Southern California. Her advocacy for financial literacy is a cornerstone of her mission, as she educates businesses and families on the pivotal role of financial wealth. Through her agency’s comprehensive suite of services, ranging from, employee benefits, health insurance, life insurance, retirement plans, Keyman Insurance to Tax-Free Retirement Planning, Dina empowers individuals to navigate their financial futures with confidence and clarity.
Dina’s leadership transcends traditional boundaries. She has served the community for many years with over 17 years of dedicated service to the Greater Riverside Hispanic Chamber of Commerce, currently as an Executive Board Director and former four-term Chairwoman of Greater Riverside Hispanic Chamber of Commerce, her influence is profound. She also serves as a Board Director of the Unforgettables Foundation and co-founder and president of The Sisters Esquivel Foundation, demonstrating her commitment to community enrichment. Dina’s impact extends as a Regional Director with the California Hispanic Chambers of Commerce and as the co-founder and past Chairwoman of the Greater Coachella Hispanic Chamber of Commerce. In her previous position with Kaiser Permanente, she served as President for the KP Latino Association and founder of the KP Youth Leadership, After School Program, solidifying her reputation as a catalyst for positive change and growth.
Her exceptional leadership has garnered widespread recognition, earning accolades such as the RJ Erickson Award from Kaiser Permanente, the Business of the Year Award from Senator Mike Morrel, the Women of Influence Award from Connected Women of Influence and the Hearts Award from the Unforgettables Foundation.
An accomplishment of which she is immensely proud is raising three daughters as a single mother, embodying values of resilience, determination, and compassion. Dina’s journey as a successful entrepreneur, business professional, and community leader serves as an inspiration to all who aspire to make a meaningful difference in the world.
