Hispanic Lifestyle is pleased to honor a non-profit Binational Executive Leader, a Bestselling Author, a Sought-After Confidence Coach Julie Delgadillo as a Latina of Influence. Ms. Delgadillo will be recognized for her leadership in our community during Hispanic Lifestyle’s Connecting Latinas of Influence | Los Angeles, to be held on October 10, 2024.
Julie Delgadillo is a non-profit Binational Executive Leader, a Bestselling Author, a Sought-After Confidence Coach, and an Award-Winning Mentor who trains and coaches leaders and communities globally.
As Executive Director, Julie oversees communities and teams that provide scholarships for students from kinder to college, job and life skills training for adults, and leadership development programs for teens and adults. Julie is a firm believer in leading by example and it’s not uncommon to catch her rolling up her sleeves and wearing a toolbelt to personally contribute to building homes in Mexico for deserving low-income families.
With over 15 years of pageant experience, Julie has held and won multiple titles and has had the privilege of creating, producing, and judging various pageants throughout the U.S. and Mexico.
Julie’s strengths and passions are rooted in women’s empowerment and being a champion for their fearlessness, boldness, and unshakable confidence in every area of their lives. Julie has personally coached and developed teens and women from across the globe and serves as an International Ambassador for the economic development of girls and women.
An alumna of the prestigious University of Notre Dame’s Mendoza School of Business Non-Profit Business Management Executive Leadership Program, Julie’s educational journey is a testament to her commitment to growth and learning. Her undergraduate studies at Mount St. Mary’s College and her certification in transformational life coaching from the Life Purpose Institute further enrich her holistic approach to empowerment.
When she is not out conquering the world, you can find her discovering new brunch spots, listening to audiobooks, or in the aisles of TJ Maxx, Marshall’s, or HomeGoods.
