The co-founders and managing partners of BCG, Albert and Manuel Bernal, have a combined 50+ years of experience working in residential and commercial real estate. They bring an extensive knowledge base of residential and commercial real estate investment, finance, appraisal, brokerage, management and development. The company focuses on mid-market investments where there is less competition for scalable strategies such as BCG’s single-family rental platform, that allow the firm to deliver outsized returns due to inefficiencies in the market. The firm is forward-thinking, entrepreneurial, relationship-oriented, and the results reflect the quality and strength of our entire team.
The firm focuses on staying abreast on current market trends, new legislation and technological advances to stay ahead of the competition. All our due diligence is done through our proprietary technology BCG Navigation, a cloud-based system that is used throughout the field. Our team uses BCG Navigation for all business processes, from underwriting, to property and construction management to asset disposition. The company’s core business plan is to acquire and create value in real estate assets for our clients, partners and investors.
