Hispanic Lifestyle’s Connecting Latinas of Influence Series is coming to Dallas, Texas on October 11, 2023.
The event designed to inspire, educate and highlight the achievements of Latina business owners, professionals, and community leaders. The event feature discussions on Building Equity, Value, Money, Wealth and Latina Leadership. Hispanic Lifestyle will also recognize regional Latinas of Influence making in our community.
Connecting Latinas of Influence Dallas is a production of Hispanic Lifestyle and sponsored by Wells Fargo Mortgage.
In 1999 Hispanic Lifestyle held our first Latina Conference in Southern California. Fast forward, Hispanic Lifestyle launched our Connecting Latinas of Influence Series in Los Angeles on September 14, 2023 with a room full of Latina community leaders who gathered to celebrate the 10th anniversary Latinas of Influence of our listing.

Rebecca Flores-Castro
Rebecca is a homeownership and investment advocate actively participating as a mentor, speaker and coach. She helps others learn the benefits of Business, Community, and Real Estate, with her event and interview series “Investing with Impact”.
She is honored to be the official spokesperson for My Homeownership Academy, a national program redefining the homebuying process. As a homeownership advocate and Realtor®️, she is passionate about increasing financial education and realistic access to homeownership for all communities.
Rebecca is currently serving as CEO at Results Driven Enterprises, COO at My Homeownership Academy, Co-Founder of HispanicWay, Board Member for Sluggers Youth Academy and Co-Coordinator for Las Comadres Fort Worth amongst other volunteer activities.
Early in her career, Rebecca was recognized by the U.S. Small Business Administration in 2004 when she was the first Latina to be honored as the “Young Entrepreneur of the Year” by the OC/IE region for her pioneering small business model.
Since that time, Rebecca has been instrumental in the growth of many individuals and businesses by developing unique and proactive results driven solutions for business growth campaigns, regional and national outreach programs, asset acquisitions, investor relations, and community engagement initiatives.
Rebecca lives in Fort Worth, Texas with her husband Rob, two adult children, a spoiled dog, and a 22 year old turtle. She loves staying active in her church prayer group, fishing with her husband, and nature photography, especially of sunsets and wild flowers.
Stephanie Perez
Stephanie Perez joined the Wells Fargo Home Mortgage Team in 2012. She has 10 years of experience in all areas of mortgage financing, including overseeing the processing with closed loans. Before joining our staff, she successfully managed an entire branch banking team for 2 years with providing mentorship on the end-to-end home financing process. Stephanie Perez truly understands your financial needs and has the knowledge and resources that will allow you to obtain a mortgage that is right for you. To accomplish this, she has three primary goals as your Community Home Mortgage Consultant; to answer all your questions about mortgage financing, to simplify your home financing experience while providing you with a high level of service, and to build trusting relationships with you and your family.
Stephanie has spent most of her 10-year financial services career in mortgage lending. She works closely in her local communities with non-profit organizations NAREB and HREBA and is a NAHREP Top 100 in the Mountain region. Stephanie is a native Spanish speaker and has resided in Dallas, TX for 16 years with her family.
Veronica Torres Hazley
Prior to leading Torres Hazley Enterprise full time, Veronica served as the Chief Impact Officer with ISP Creative, an Irving based Creative House. Veronica also spent 17 years with VisitDallas that include working in Diversity, Equity and Inclusion, Digital Marketing and Branding and most recently as the Director of Experience. Her role with VisitDallas had a strong focus on developing partnerships in the local Dallas community. She oversaw membership programs and customized corporate partnerships. Veronica also spent her early career with Interncontinental Hotel Group in several leadership roles that included, event curation, sales, and human resources.
Veronica is a graduate of Johnson and Wales University with a degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management. She also pursued her degree in Business Administration at the University of Texas at Dallas. She currently serves on the ForOakcliff board, Grant Halliburton and is an active member of Hispanic 100.
Veronica is also the founder of Hey Chica! By Healthy Latina Lifestyle- a Latina Leadership Collective. A movement for chicas looking to collaborate with their fellow community leaders, advocates, and influencers to curate their dream goals with passion and gusto!

Our Audience
Our platform, HispanicLifestyle.com has annual online audience of over 3 million visitors according to weblizer reports. The in-person Latinas of Influence series is projected to attract 100-200 attendees per event. Registration for Hispanic Lifestyle “Online Presentations” averages over 1,500 people. Across the board, women between the ages of 24 -54 represent approximately 80% of our viewing audience consisting of community leaders, business owners and professionals.
Terms and Conditions
Commitment for sponsorship is 90 days prior to event. Payment for event must be received in full 30 days prior to event date. Other arrangements must be made in advance. Discount is available for multi-event, multi-year commitments paid in advance.
Client’s logos and digital artwork must be received 45 days prior to the event. Client video messages to be showcased at the in-person event must be received 15 days prior to the event.
TEXAS REGION LATINAS OF INFLUENCE NOMINATIONS
Are you a Latina of Influence? Hispanic Lifestyle is requesting nominations for Latinas of Influence in the Texas region. These Latina community leaders will be recognized at our Connecting Latinas of Influence Dallas event on October 11, 2023 at Hilton Dallas/Southlake Town Square. DEADLINE FOR TEXAS REGION NOMINATIONS is Sunday September 24, 2023.

NOMINATION REQUIREMENTS
- Nominee must provide and submit at least a 500 word biography and photo.
- Statement why nominee is being submitted.
- Nominees must agree to participate in Hispanic Lifestyle’s Connecting Latinas of Influence event and accepted the recognition in Dallas,Texas on October 11, 2023.
- Nominee gives permission to Hispanic Lifestyle to use biography, logo, and photos for distribution via our media network online, social media and television.
- Latinas who have previously recognized by Hispanic Lifestyle as a Latina of Influence are excluded.
- Self-nominations will be accepted.
