Hispanic Lifestyle is pleased to recognize Lizette Espinosa Veneziano the President and Co-Founder of infanttech as a 2019 Latina of Influence. Ms. Espinosa Veneziano along with our entire list of 2019 Latinas of Influence are invited to participate in Latina Conference 2019 taking place April 10 and 11, 2019 in Ontario, California.
Lizette Espinosa Veneziano is the President and Co-Founder of infanttech, a juvenile product company that uses technology to save babies’ lives and make parents’ lives easier. She and her husband Giuseppe Veneziano have taken their life experiences as parents and created the zooby, the only portable baby monitor that can safely be used in the car, home, and on the go. Through their vision to grow infanttech, they are building their team and excited to see their company grow.
Through Lizette’s efforts at infanttech, their products can be found on Amazon, Target, Buy Buy Baby, Bed Bath and Beyond, Walmart, and their own website. She was featured on the Steve Harvey Show as a momprenuer, and as a guest on Business Rockstars. infanttech has been featured on many local and national TV programs throughout the US. Just recently Lizette successfully presented with Giuseppe to the Hispanic Chamber of Commerce Shark Tank event at the Chamber’s yearly conference and shared how far infanttech can go with safety and technology.
Prior to motherhood and taking on the entrepreneurial journey with her husband, Lizette’s formal training is the law. She attended Loyola Law School Los Angeles, and is also a University of Southern California alumna where she earned her dual degrees in Public Policy and Management, and Economics. She is a California based attorney that focused primarily on business matters and litigation. Prior to infanttech, Lizette exclusively ran her own law practice from 2008- 2014, and retains a few lucky clients. In the corporate arena, she worked at SunCal Companies as Vice President of Dispositions where she focused on the transactional aspect of selling master planned communities to builders.
One of Lizette’s passions is being a student of life and she feels fortunate to have taken a few courses that have transformed her way of thinking. She credits these trainings in allowing her to take more risks. Her formal education, coupled with her work and life experience and, transformational trainings, have prepared her to take on a leading role at infanttech. She has an “all hands on deck” mentality that she brings to the table in order to see her family business succeed. She handles marketing and sales, personnel, legal, new product development, and is a master strategist. Her 18+ years in the business world have helped developed her skills in management and leadership, strategy, and process implementation.
Lizette started infanttech to make a difference in our community, and she is very excited about leading and growing her team at infanttech. She recognizes the unique opportunity that she has with owning a business and creating values and a company culture that attracts the right employees that are excited and happy to work with infanttech. In particular, she enjoys teaching the team about accountability, communication, and being successful as a team. She looks for ways to inspire and ensure that the infanttech family team is personally developing in their own lives, and has made it a top priority that each team member knows that he/she matters.
As part of her community work, Lizette also teaches a business principles class to seventh and eighth graders at a local Montessori School in Monterey Park. She is using business as the platform to teach children important life lessons about creation, relationships, and energetic principles of money.
Lizette is a proud Latina that emigrated from Mexico to the United States when she was five years old. She credits her parents for teaching her to work diligently in life to fulfill her dreams. She will let you know that her greatest joy in life is enjoying her family with her husband and two young children.
