Hispanic Lifestyle Recommends “Movies and Series December 2022”
For What it’s Worth – Hispanic Lifestyle Recommends “Movies and TV Series” December 2022
Not feeling very well during the Thanksgiving holiday, I took time to catch up on movies and television series I hadn’t watched yet. Let’s be clear I don’t claim to be a critic, but I do watch a lot and I mean a lot of movies and television series. My tastes are action adventures, comedy, dark comedy and for the first time ever, I am admitting publicly that I really enjoy romantic comedies, sometimes described as “chick flicks”. Is that a phase still used?
I subscribe to all the streaming services, many podcasts and several YouTube channels. Now would be a good time to suggest that you like our Hispanic Lifestyle’s Channel. If you are like me I spend several minutes scrolling Netflix, Hulu, Disney+, Apple +, HBOMax, and Prime for something interesting. I do use the “watch later” option, but usually ignore it and because I get distracted by new program offerings I forget that created a whole library of really features that I want to experience. Add in the fact we have a 12 year old son, soon to be 13, who if he graces us with his time, we then watch programing that is “family friendly” and entertaining which by the way is a tough combination.
For what it’s worth, here are a few of the movies and series I have enjoyed over the last few days.
- Breaking News in Yuba County 2021 R, 1h 36m (watched on Prime Video)
A woman takes advantage of her growing celebrity status when the police and the public think her dead husband is just missing. - Yellowstone, TV Series TV-MA 1h (watched Youtube TV)
A ranching family in Montana faces off against others encroaching on their land. - El Rey, Vicente Fernández TV Series 2022, TV-14 (Watched on Netflix)
Follows the life of Mexican music icon Vicente Fernandez. - Andor, TV Series 2022, TV-14 (Watched on Disney+)
Prequel series to Star Wars’ ‘Rogue One’. In an era filled with danger, deception and intrigue, Cassian will embark on the path that is destined to turn him into a Rebel hero.
This should keep you occupied and entertained for a few hours. If you any recommendations for me, send a note to RDS@HispanicLifestyle.Com
